4 years of solid use
AOD•December 14, 2016
Bought mine almost four years ago and have found them incredibly practical. Need to blow a kids nose? Easy done. Need to use your phone? No problem. Need to put on that bike lock and it's ten degrees? No need for bare hands. Of course, not so good for snowball fights 😊 The Velcro stopped working a long time ago but it didn't affect the functionality for me. Now some of the fleece is coming loose so i might replace them.
A Cheap Knockoff of What These Used to Be

Don't buy these gloves!
I had an old pair of these that lasted many New England winters. They were far and away the best winter gloves I had ever owned. When I ordered another pair to replace my old ones, I was very disappointed with what I received. After about two weeks they began to unravel and become completely unusable. The thumb hole is now located closer toward the end of the thumb instead of at the knuckle, meaning hole always stays open. The material is also much lighter and doesn't nearly insulate as well as it used to. Heat Factory clearly took one of its best products and transformed it into cheap imitations of itself.

Pretty good, with a couple of flaws
Phil Gagner•January 2, 2016
I love the general idea around these, and with a little bit of work, they'd be perfect! But there are a couple of flaws that make these a little less than ideal. When they were brand new, out of the box, they were pretty nice. The fabric is pretty soft and comfortable, and the heat pack did a good job of keeping my fingers warm when I closed the mitts. However, while the heat keeps your fingers warm, there is no heating for your thumb, so you either suffer with a cold thumb, or try to work it in with your fingers where the heat is. Also, after just a few uses, the seams are starting to come loose in a few places. Also, the velcro dots that hold back the flaps don't last very long. I should mention that I live in Texas, so the winters here are generally pretty mild. I only use them a few times out of the year, but even with my very casual use, they are getting pretty worn in the ways described above. I still use them, and I still like them, but I would like them more of the velcro pieces didn't come off, and if the fabric didn't come unwound. A for effort, C for implementation.
Do not buy these fall apart and didn't even last a week
bmd199•December 5, 2015
I bought this product for work because I am a premise technician and work outside with tiny copper wiring a lot which means I need a pair a gloves that don't make my fingers useless. I thought these would be a perfect purchase but it turned out to be a huge waste of money. When they first arrived that had a whole between the finger and thumb on one of the gloves I was going to return them right there on the spot but my mother is good at sewing so I had her repair the whole. They appeared like they were going to work great until I started using them within a couple of days the glue that held the Velcro squares that held the gloves back when you were using your fingers came off and the ones on the thumbs didn't take long to rip off either. The only positive thing I have to say about these is they atleast kept my hands relatively warm until they fell apart within a couple days. Buyers beware if your going to spend this kind of money on gloves go spend it somewhere else this product is poorly made.
Warm & Toasty

These are very warm, really nice with the hand warmer. My love is nature/wildlife photography. These gloves are great for those freezing days. The hand warmer is nice.It helps to keep batteries warm so they last longer beside keeping your hands warm when out shooting in winter. They are bulkier than I like so I have a lighter pair too for warmer days. On the cold days these are perfect before these I'd be shooting & my hands would be bright red & burning these take care of that. I didn't know which size to buy so I bought 2 different sizes & it worked out beautifully because I gave the other pair to my cousin because we often shoot together
