Good undersink shelf. I installed these in my kitchen 3 years ago and I have never had to do anything to them since. They just work. The pull out action is smooth and they can hold plenty of weight. The installation is super simple, just need a drill.
My wife loves these because she shows them off to anyone in her "standard" tour of our house. I have had friends buy these actually after seeing them at my place.
This is especially useful under a kitchen sink where the plumbing and disposal take up space.

The instructions that came with this were an actual pleasure to follow. I am so tired of directions that leave out steps or are unclear. The pull-out itself is terrific--I bought 2 for under my sink. The parts are really solid and it feels like this will last forever (or at least as long as my cabinets). I told my husband I was actually in love with the person who created this product but he was okay with that, since I did the install. Didn't need the template they supplied.
The only minor problem is that there are two black cosmetic caps (not visible in the picture) designed for the bottom that don't really fit when you slide the drawer back in place. They were a nuisance, so I removed them and thought the product worked fine without them. I'm getting another drawer for a different sink.

Excellent build quality and very simple installation. This unit could be installed with no disassembly, unlike other makers design that requires separate slide rails that must be attached to the shelf first. I will by a Lynk product if this design is again needed. The only exception would be if a wider, lower sliding shelf is needed. Seville offers one that is of excellent quality at a very good price. I reviewed that model in another Amazon review. Unfortunately, I don't think Seville offers more than that one shelf unit design.

So glad I purchased this brand. The quality of this sliding shelf is durable and heavy. It was easy to install for my husband. The template and instructions were easy to understand. At the time when i purchased it, the Lynk brand pricing was cheaper on Amazon than what I could find at my local stores.

This works great. All of the stuff under the sink is now well organized and can be readily accessed by pulling out the sliding drawer.
The product looks nice and the travel of the drawer on the track is smooth - no wobble. One think to note is that I had to "angle" it slightly when mounting it to the bottom of the cabinet - this had to be done in order to avoid interference with other things that protrude from the bottom of the sink.
