Decent prop! If you're looking for something with an authentic look and feel, this is the whip for you. Its very light so there's not a lot of weight when you try to crack it. You are able to make the sound though. Very good for costumes and cosplay. Rough exterior though, so I'd recommend doubling over with electrical tape or something to make it more comfortable to hold. Overall not bad.

Got it for my wife for her catwoman costume. It looks great but as others have mentioned the binding around the handle is a bit loose and can easily come apart. So I recommend reenforcing the handle before you use it. Other than that... Perfect!
