Quite and works great! I used to run hot temps with a 2s lipo to where I can't touch the ESC heatsink longer than 3 seconds without it burning me. After I installed this fan the ESC stayed at room temp the whole time no matter how I drive it. It's well worth it especially since the price is reduced. No rattle noise or squeaks. Took it on dirt, gravel, and water and still works fine.
Great fan. Will purchase again.

Great fan. Fits perfect. I wish there was a guard for the fins. I have broken a few off. I'll have to order another fan soon. It would be nice if it flowed a little more air, but it's still a good fan. I will buy it again.
Not for bashing or for very low impacts, otherwise this will break quickly

Good fan, but unless you are only doing street runs and not bashing then its fine. When you start bashing this will break quickly. Went through 3 before I gave up on them. Problem is that the plastic frame is not strong enough to handle bashing and the force flips, dops, crashes, etc.

Easy install on the Slash 4X4 with Velineon ESC. Don't know if it helps in cooling, but in theory it should. I gave it 4 stars because the fan should of design with a cover over the fan to help block out debris like grass, etc.
UPDATE: Started making a whining noise when it's first turned on, for about 10 seconds or so. The fan still spins and it working. Like I mentioned before. A top cover would be idea verses the EXPOSED fan blade.

I've been using this for over a year now and it's working great. It's been submerged in water and covered in mud. I've wrecked at over 50 mph with this on my Rustler VXL and it stayed on without any issues. Great product.
