These are my five year old nephew's favorite things. He received the baseball set from an older relative. He saw the hockey set on the box and HAD to have them. As soon as he got them, he and his dad began playing a game with the puck. My nephew also loves to play with these "guys" alone and set them up ready for the next game. He plays with these toys for hours. I'm planning to get him the football guys for his birthday.

My son already has two sets of the college Football Guys and plays with them constantly, pitting one team against the other. When he went to spend his Christmas money he decided he wanted the Hockey Guys! He can play for hours with his set, just setting up plays and acting out the game by himself! Very durable, easy to handle for his 7 year old fingers and fits nicely into the sturdy box that he can carry to other places to play with his friends, who also love it! Love, love these! One of my 5 year old's favorite toys. Bought if for him in September and he hasn't lost any of the pieces yet! He keeps asking for more sets. The lid did break off easily other than that no complaints!

My son was very excited to receive this set for his 5th Birthday. He found it at a specialty store but it was offered through Amazon at a lower price. Great set for child to use their imagination. The hockey rink mat is wrinkled and hopefully with play becomes flat. The "boards" that make up the edge of the hockey rink are a little warped and do not lay flat when connected together. All the pieces fit in a nice carrying box, which is great for travel and storage. The carrying box may not be the place to store the mat...it is better stored rolled.
