Great Healthy Salt

My husband and I have a farm and tend to sweat excessively when busy in summer heat. We use this salt with potassium citrate powder in our drinking water to aid in keeping our electrolytes stable. We have found it makes a world of difference in our energy levels. In Winter months we still use it on occasion as we work out to keep our fitness levels up ready for Spring activities. We very much prefer this natural salt vs the processed ones. Great for cooking too.

We need minerals every day to balance our electrolytes - this product is all I use. You can add a pinch to your bottled water. Bottled water has No Minerals in them, unless you get electrolyte water. Potassium is very important to help with sugar metabolism daily. And I find this salt is not too salty when added to food. Unlike what most people think...Salt is Necessary in our diet and it doesn't give you high blood pressure. . Look up Harvard's last study. It is the kind of salt - Morton's Iodized salt is a chemical bath - get it out of your kitchen.
LIFE SAVER

I never thought I would ever say this, but this salt is saving my life. I have Lyme disease and this salt provides me with all the essential minerals and at the same time it's killing the Lyme bacteria and its co infections. They can't survive in this salt environment. I make cabbage ferment using this Celtic sea salt and I will keep buying this product for life!
I love this salt

I love this salt. I don't use any other kind. I make an adrenal cocktail twice a day using 4 ounces of oj, a pinch of this salt and a pinch of cream of tartar (potassium). Since I've been doing this, I just feel better and more grounded. I got this recipe on the Magnesium Advocacy Group (Facebook). The guy that created the group is a really smart guy and knows that most are deficient in magnesium. The group is based on getting more mag and improving one's health. This cocktail is part of his protocol. I have learned so much from his research about the basic minerals we need and how our bodies use them. He does not sell products so it's not about that. He does try and help steer people in the right direction with what to get in our diets and what to get out of our diets. He's quite well informed, and I have benefitted from his basic protocol in terms of how I feel.
Gray Salt but make sure you understand your iodine needs if switching over!

So far, so good. Researched a good bunch about salt and who would have thought that there could be so much that goes into good 'ol table salt. I have started incorporating Celtic into foods I cook as well as sprinkling on top and I feel good about the added nutrients that it has over stripped down table salt. A word of caution though to women(higher risk for hypothyroidism) or anyone with a family history of hypothyroidism. This salt is not a good source of iodine and that is something you def need. If you are switching from iodismes salt make sure to add on some sort of iodine supplement(ex: kelp) or you may develop an imbaalance and hypothyroidism once diagnosed is for life so you don't want to mess with your thyroid.
