It does take some work to install, but I had it on in less than ten minutes, so it's also not a huge effort. It is a huge upgrade over the plastic steam head. Highly recommended.
Very pleased BUT installing this thing is a bit tough

I bought this after the plastic one broke. Very pleased BUT installing this thing is a bit tough. You have to line up 3 layers of materials to get a screw in to hold in place. BUT i think its worth it, it seems to steam better with the metal tip since its also heated.

For retail purposes this is heavy when using for periods of time. It was not easy or quick to attach. You will need a sharp tool to create a hole for the screw to be inserted properly through the rubber hose. The meat gets very hot and should be wrapped in thick cheesecloth or light wash cloth. The grip is a bit large for a woman's hand. It is quality but it is also cumbersome.
Use this everyday.

Great solid feel. NO MORE PLASTIC! love it. we have had so many problems with the faces of the plastic ones falling off. this head is the best you can get in this style. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.... even if your plastic head isnt broken yet. BUY THIS, youll need it when it does.
Not easy to install

This is a substantially heavier steam head than the plastic one that came originally on the Jiffy steamer we have. It as not an easy install because connecting pieces were not included. I had to improvise by using Gorilla glue, but it is working well with no leaks several months after installation.
