It's Busted

Love the game. Best I've tried-except the screen "crashes" more than half the time in the middle of a game. Changing the batteries did8n't make a difference. It's too bad because it was a gift for Mom in nursing home that needs big screen. I've kept it instead and will hunt another kind-or will try same from another seller. Did not bother to contact seller. I'm sure not their fault. Will contact seller now. Can't play a game w/o it stopping.Can't manage to find out how to reach seller about refund & how to return item w/o original item packaging or shipping material.

While we liked the game even though it is not lighted, it died two months after receiving. Yes, we tried changing batteries, but could not resuscitate.
