Was fun to assemble. Looks great on my layout

I assembled the N scale version and while it isn't a "shake the box" kit it isn't extremely difficult either. I would suggest masking and painting the walls before assembly on the N scale kit, the grey concrete color is fine to leave as is and then weather it after assembly. Building has an interesting footprint and is tall enough to provide the proper ratio to N scale train models. It has several options that will allow one to close off the track in the building should you prefer to remove this feature. Take your time and it will turn into a very satisfying finished kit.

Love the detail on this kit. It will be perfect for my layout. It was easy and fun to build as well.

Really adds to your layout with its height and you don't need to assemble.

All the Merchant Row kits look good, and have fine detail made with precise molds.
The assembly diagrams and lack of instruction is a hindrance, though . Paint as much as you can before assembly for a good look,and use a proper glue.
