It's pretty sturdy and have the different compartments. The con is the bottom of middle section is actually open so I had documents sliding to the back where the pull hands are. Other thing is this is too wide for the turnstiles at the train station so you'll HAVE to carry it over (I didn't consider the width will be too wide for it.) Otherwise it is lasting pretty well for the past month.

Excellent value for this laptop case! I gave it 4 stars as there is one design flaw, IMO. The front pocket has only one zipper, instead of two. This causes the pocket flap to open and items are able to fall out. It means that you have to zip or unzip all the way around to get into this pocket. The other two pockets have two zippers each which allows you to open part way. Otherwise, I think this is a great laptop case.

Price and size are perfect. It holds everything I need to manage my business day. The zipper appears solid and strong. Lightweight and easy to carry as a briefcase!

In another 5 years (when it is time to buy another) I would like to see a 2-way zipper on the outside pocket. It is awkward depending on where the bag is situated. Inside pockets are too deep. Small items get lost.

I added laptop padding on the bottom of the storage pocket for my computer(padded on the sides does not help protect the computer when setting it down).

The handle expands easily compared to my last case.

Love this Targus roller bag! I shopped for days and days, researching review after review and found a few bags that seemed to be well-liked, however the Targus bag was so affordable I had to give it a try. I was not disappointed . I have a temporary office on the 11th floor of a building and need to take my laptop computer and files home with me every night, so I knew I needed a rolling bag. The bag has 2 divided sections in the main compartment and a large zippered "pocket" on the front of the bag. This bag is roomy enough for my 15.6" laptop (which is in a neoprene case) + power cord...which I store in the divided side nearest the telescoping handle, and I have several files, 2 monthly appointment books, and a clipboard in the other divided side. The front pocket is roomy enough to store a hand calculator, small stapler, pens & highlighters, box of paperclips, etc. It rolls very smoothly, and I like that everything zips up completely (I had to run to the office from the parking garage in the rain the other day and everything stayed dry). I used this daily for 2 months & have had no problems. This was a really great find!

The price of the item is good and the bag is sturdy. However, the design where the handle is located is nothing short of stupid. They combined the handle area with the storage area for papers or other items. The problem is because the handle is in the way, you can never zip it while the handle is up for use. I purchased this because I have to walk about 3/4 of a mile to work after my train ride. Which means if it is raining or snowing all my papers will get wet because you can't zip this area. So I am left trying to stuff all my papers and laptop in one section. Wish I know they decided to cut corners. I will not be buying a new one. I would have paid an additional $10-$20 for a useful second compartment.
