System failed on. Flooded our septic tanks

We opted for this water boss to save some money over buying a 3M water softener. Apparently it's a known issue that the system will fail in a mode that will continue to re- generate and pump out water Indefinitely. It filled our septic tanks and consequently flooded our drainfield. Water then was leaching out of our drainfield onto our driveway. Beside causing a muddy mess who wants human waste on their driveway. Water boss needs to call us back.
I purchased a model 900 I believe but when I try to put in a customer review online it says they are limiting the reviews that can be posted. Interesting, given the customers need to know this before purchasing.

I'm on my second unit and on it's 2nd resin bin. I won't be buying another. They always develop leaks or other aberrations that take a lot of work and support can't be bothered.

Waterboss makes outstanding products. They are dependable, easily serviceable and very economical. This is my second one. The treated water that it produces tastes very good. I strongly and enthusiastically recommend this product and all Waterboss products!
