Came with a cracked handle, but Gorilla Glue fixed a possible birthday fiasco.

My son loves this, but it came with a cracked handle, so I had to glue the handle and clamp it before we assembled it. I got extra Dad points I guess for fixing it on the fly. Overall I don't think he's going to be able to haul enough to break it, and it's probably stronger than it was before anyway. Quality Control still should have caught something like that, because it definitely didn't happened in shipping. 3 stars for that alone, but otherwise it's a great toy wheelbarrow for a 4 year old.

This is an exactly scaled down version of an adult wheelbarrow, same design, materials, durability just on a smaller scale. I bought this for my children who are 2 and 4 and love to help in the yard and garden. They always try to use the big one and when we are all out gardening or picking up sticks but it's to big and heavy even empty. So I got them there own, even though they have a great game of run weeds to them compost pile. Their favorite outdoor toys are all outdoor tools and equipment that Mom and Dad use big versions of like rakes, brooms, buckets and garden hand tools etc. They even put they away each time like we do! They both like the wheel barrow but use it only when we use the big one. Great quality for the price, recommended

The wheelbarrow is adorable and our grandson would surely have loved it. Unfortunately, the axle part is too large and the wheelbarrow cannot be fully assembled. An hour of time wasted partially assembling and now time wasted taking it apart to return. So disappointed!
Had to buy twice to get it right!

I bought this for Easter for my 4 year old. The FIRST time I bought it one of the two handles was missing. The box was delivered with a hole and incredibly beat up. I quickly bought another. Thank god I held on to the 1st purchase because the second wheelbarrow handle was so bent that it too would not have been able to work. So, I had to use the one handle from the first purchase and the rest of the parts from the second purchase. The wheelbarrow is just fine for an active child. It's light and easy for him to maneuver. You just might have to make multiple purchases to get what you need!

I bought this product for my son, he loves working in the yard with me, after reading reviews I chose the Seymour. When I opened it to build it on Christmas morning I couldn't believe what I saw. Not only were the wood handles badly warped but, one had a three inch chip in the wood that had been crudely filled with some sort of poly/wood glue filler. Knowing that this is a children's toy, why would a company send a warped chipped handle just waiting for a cut or sliver injury. Very disappointed, I will be asking for a refund and my son will have to wait for his wheelbarrow
