I haven't used this item long enough to know wether it helps the puffiness under my eyes. However, the smell is atrocious. Almost rancid. If it helps significantly I will suffer through the smell. But I won't give it longer than a month. Wish I had better things to say. If it helps I'll write back.

This eye cream is the best I have ever tried for getting rid of under eye puffiness! It really works! I do not have to guess if it is working. I can see the results! I highly recommend this eye cream.
