This fitted well with the Stauber best bulb changer - Managed to extract the two bulbs in high recessed external corner of house, around 20 feet up. A bit tricky to get the Stauber to attach firmly at a distance as the whole pole wobbles when fully extended, quite understandably, but bit of trial and error, and it worked fine.
Extension pole does great job.

The pole worked great reaching the 22 foot ceiling to change lights. Took a few tries to balance the top and get it into the correct position to remove and add light bulbs. That would have been an issue with any pole that length. I am happy with the material and light weight.

Worked great. I didn't have to extend it, but it was very sturdy at regular length. I used it in combination with the Stauber suctions to change my lights out. Be careful weaving it through your home, I accidentally hit the metal part on the door and left a huge dent (user error).
