This has been the hardest software initiation I have ever encountered. My computers will not autorun the program and it is requesting a serial number which I do not have because it was missing from the product. I have initiated a support ticket and will update my review based on my response.

It does not have a serial number anyqhere on it, therefore I cannot use it at all. Disappointing!

Pretty good so far my son likes it and has fun with it. The bad part is you need a serial number to activate the product and it does not come with it. You have to call customer service, then when you do finally get a hold of someone, they talk to you like you are inconveniencing them. Also you can only use it on one computer. It would be nice to be able to use it on at lease to different computers. So if one computer is occupied they can go to the other one to practice and we don't have to mess around with someone getting off or them having to wait. It is hard enough to keep kids focused on things now a days, so when he is ready to play, I want him to play.
