Like all the Tasty Bite foods I have tried, this one is long on flavor and spices. I don't really taste the eggplant though, which is not a plus for me. So far I have used this with tortillas and taco shells to make a nice taco dinner. Next time I will add more eggplant and maybe make a nice eggplant layered casserole dish. Nice and easy to prepare.

I love this one. Tasty bite is my favorite shelf Indian food. There are no Indian restaurants in my neighborhood, so I get tasty bite and aplently frozen Indian entrees are good too. I use tasty bite with Annie Chun's sticky rice. I am a light eater, so it's 2 full meals for me.
