I buy the cereal for my mother-in-law who is borderline diabetic. This cereal is allowed on her diet and she says it taste pretty good. She was worried she may not be able to eat cereals anymore but this one falls within her guidelines. She's been eating it for almost 3 years now. Would like to see it come in a bigger box in the future.

This cereal tastes great and is great for your digestive system. I've always had a crummy digestive system, which we all know, is not good for overall health. I've tried all kinds of pills and powders and foods, but I always get out of the habit because I'm lazy and honestly,,,,I don't want to constantly have the issue in the forefront of my thoughts. I tried this awhile back and was very surprised at how good it tasted. Finally...I didn't have to despise my fiber cereal. It took about 3 days of eating it before I noticed a difference. If you feel like your body is just not working as efficiently as it should, I would give this a try.

I love Fiber One cereals and they taste great. Cereal was fresh when it arrived. Was disappointed in box size (my fault for not paying attention. I ordered Amazon Pantry and some heavy items (cat litter) squished the cereal boxes quiet a bit.

I took a health class at my insc. office and the dietitian is the one that recommended Fiber One cereal to help meet daily fiber intake.

This is good cereal, although I do prefer original Fiber One (the twigs), having a hard time finding that variety. The price was pretty good, I would recommend this to anyone looking to eat a little healthier
