not good

I got this to accompany a glycolic acid peel. I used it as directed (and as shown in many instructional videos) and it worked, but not as dramatically as I'd hoped. I've had the same peels by my esthetician and the neutralizer provided IMMEDIATE relief, which this did not. It was more like gradual, soothing. I still plan on using it, but will probably do a baking soda/water mix first and follow with this product. The oils, etc in it are great on the skin and easy to use. I would recommend this, just not on its own.

This product works very well for my skin regimen. I use glycolic acid twice per day, and I need a good neutralizer to balance it out after the first rinse.

Will order again, and I did appreciate the fabulous little sample which accompanied this item.

I purchased the Neutralizer Skin pH Balancer to use in conjunction with the peels I had purchased. The product did a great job of neutralizing the peel when it was time to remove it and left my skin feeling hydrated and fresh. It really doesn't have a scent and is the consistency of water. This is a quality product with pure ingredients and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. It also lasted me for quite some time. I am now in need of another bottle and will be purchasing it again. I recommend using it on cotton pads and then putting it on your face to instantly stop the chemical peel. Great product, quality ingredients. Highly recommend it!

Neutralizer skin pH balancer helps balance the pH of your skin for the safe and effective neutralization after peeling.

Instantly soothed my skin after my peel. Has an oil like consistency and goes on very smoothly. I like to wash off the peel first with cold water and then neutralize it with this product. To each his own, some like to wipe off using this first and then wash off, but I find that if you wash off first, you can get the hard to reach spots like behind the nose and in crevices to avoid the chemical peel getting stuck there and causing more irritation.

My favorite part about this product is the sample peel they shipped me with it. 20% glycolic acid mix with 15% lactic acid. It is divine, my skin is porcelain and I genuinely feel like i have doll skin. Just did it for my mother as well and the baby soft skin we feel after is so worth the sting! (Which isn't that bad anyway.) If you have an pimples on your face, it instantly draws all the impurities out and promotes the pimple to develop faster and leave quicker. Immediate skin tone evenness and improvement. Will definitely order this again.
