Should be soft and chewy but they're hard and inedible

We only have one store in town we can but these from so I was glad to find these here on Subscribe and Save! Unfortunately, every box has been hard, inedible cookies, not the soft, chewy ones we love, despite the expiration date being several months into the future. Sad to be forced to cancel our Subscribe and Save.

I couldn't pass up the deal on these. We are big fans of "Grandma's Cookies". There were 60 packs in this case. I used them to put in stockings this year and have also given them away because there are so many of them. The kids in my class also enjoyed them as an afternoon snack. They were very delicious and had a good date on them.
