I use a tablespoon of this along with 1/2 tablespoon salt added to a couple dozen chicken wings,(not looking to coat, just mix well) bake in oven on a rack over cookie sheet@250 for 30mins, crank temp up to 425 for approx 50 mins or brown to ur liking for amazing baked ultra crispy chicken wings. For alt buffalo sauce mix 1/4 cup olive oil with 1/4 cup hot sauce, squeeze half a lemon and add chopped garlic, mix well...you're welcome!

I have always been able to taste the aluminum in regular baking powder. The slight metallic taste turns me off. This is free of aluminum and works as advertised. I am pleased.
