Excellent replacement top for the factory original The zippers are much nicer, the only problem I have is that the rear of the passenger side window is looser than the original and so doesn't stay completely closed.

What can I say about Best Top that hasn't been said before. This is my third top for a third Wrangler I have owned and I can not stress the quality of these tops enough. The only complaint about this specific top is the windows fit a little loose in the back than in previous years but nothing that makes it less effective. Over all a good top and great quality.

I am not at all impressed with this top. I was very excited to receive it and installed it. After installing it I noticed that it fit very loose. I have owned over 10 Wranglers so this wasn't my first rodeo. Did some research and found that others are having the same issue. Contacted bestop and explained my situation, that the top was very loosing fitting, and they sent me out some new windows. Installed the new windows and had the same issue. Contacted bestop again and they sent me out a new canvas. Installed that, it's a bit better but the fitment is still very Poor. I think the fitment of their replace a tops is very inconsistent. I bought this top with the mindset that Bestop was #1 in the soft top game. Now I'm not so sure.

On another note their customer service is very positive and the mail in rebate was a plus.

I was in desperate need of a new soft top for my 2002 Jeep Wrangler, and spent way too much time comparing between different brands and top models. Instead of going with one that sports new bow assembly with a Sunrider fliptop or a bowless Trektop, I ended up deciding to keep it simple and go for the sailcloth replace-a-top and really love it. The sailcloth fabric seems a bit thinner than the stock top my Jeep came with, but feels awesome and reduces road noise better. The tinted windows look amazing and it's nice to finally be able to see through the rear window after all this time! All in all I'm very pleased with this top. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating is because the directions should really detail and emphasize the exact way to attach the top to the header. I managed to get the header seam in the proper place, but the soft top really should've already had all the holes lined up and ready to screw in and not just 8. Aside from that it really a quality top and I highly recommend it if you're on the fence between other ones.

Great replacement top.. Mine fits a little on the tight side, but I can live with that. Sent rebate info in first of May and still no word from them !!! I have called them now twice to check on but no one will call back with info... Rebate center leaves a lot to be desired !!
