These are by far the best training grips/gloves that i have personally used. I have tried straps and gloves, different varieties of each, and have never worked out as comfortably as i do with these grips. They are sized well, cover the majority of my hand, yet they dont get in the way and are not 'overbearing' to deal with while wearing them. They are a bit pricier than any other hand protector, but i believe you do get what you pay for. I have been using these grips 5 days a week for 1-1.5 hours at a time, and have had them for a few weeks now and they show no sign of wear at all.

I have tried many work out gloves and straps and these are by far the best I have ever used. Wrist wraps take too long to set up but with these it's a grab and go. It can get a little finicky depending on how snug the space is between cable crossover but you get use to how to move the flap. Free weights are easy to grab and the grip is secure. The wrist support is great but you can't get a really tight wrap on these they are not like my Tuff Wraps but they do provide enough support that I find myself using these everyday at the gym. Pulls are easier and when your using them it looks like you are just wearing wrist wraps which is awesome. Well worth the price. You will need to wash your hands after every use as it leaves black residue on your hands it's dry residue from the flap most likely just breaking it in. I love these straps man they are well worth the price !!! You can wear these for any workout I was able to deadlift 395 and it felt great. Your wrist might be sore after since the wraps puts some of the load on your wrist but that goes away after a day of heavy lifting.

I followed the guideline for sizing provided on the versa gripps website and they were definitely too big.... I busted out my measuring tape and all. I contacted the seller to simply exchange them all while letting them know I was wearing them properly (not too tight around the wrist) yet there was still excessive strap around the wrist. Seller sends back this lengthy template about how to properly wear them and they don't do exchanges. I kept them, they are still too big, THEY SNAG MY LULULEMON PANTS! I love these grips but man I would love them all the more if they fit properly.

I have been waiting forever to buy these but the price and being used to regular straps kept me away. But after really watching vids and reviews I decided to buy them and I'm glad I did, my back training hit a new level. Worth every dime and love them you will do heavier weight and more reps than ever. Yes the wraps are short but the way they are used they are supposed to be short.
And they are better for wrist support when pushing than I thought they would be, not better than high quality wraps for benching but pretty good

I've had these almost a month now, and I got them because I have problems with random numbing in my hands. So on my good days (without numbing) they work great! AND on the days I fear my grip will give out (due to numbing) they're even better! I hate conventional fabric lifting straps because I feel they're too bulky under my grip, but these are comfortable and add just the slightest thickness under your grip. The traction/grip is amazing. I can definitely say these are the toughest leather pair I've owned and the padded wrist strap is amazing.
