I have no problem with the machine.. But ...

I have no problem with the machine.. But the cuff is too big.. i should have ordered a large instead of extra large.. when i tried to find a place to exchange it i was told it was not returnable.. i just got it two hours ago. This is crazy..

The cuff is comfortable and plenty large enough

Works very well for me. I appreciate the storage bag. The cuff is comfortable and plenty large enough. The only complaint I might have is that the cuff fits up to my armpit and below the bend of my arm in length. I had some trouble with it not inflating and deflating properly and nearly returned it a few weeks after using it; but whatever it was, it worked itself out. I do wish it had more memory to store the readings. I'm not certain as to whether or not I get consistent accurate readings; because I often check it twice and get slightly different results, which is probably to be expected. The discrepancies aren't significant enough to cause me great concern.

Nice quality. Cuff fits my son who has large, muscular arms. A regular-size cuff won't close on his arm, but this one is more than big enough. Just what we were looking for.
