Best pan ever make healthy dishes in minutes! Use mine every night! It’s awesome!

I wrote a bad review because I didn't see the easy instructions to put the lid on you slide one way to put on and slide the opposite way to open. This is absolutely my favorite kitchen pan and has changed my life! You can steam fish, veggies, anything in minutes and it is delicious and simple. I am single and this makes cooking for one a breeze. I wish they had put receipes in the box but online there are many and on Pinterest. You will love it! I am getting another one!
It really works well on steaming veggies!

Bought it to replace an aged and broken microwave steamer. Tried it a couple of times steaming broccoli. Worked great. Interestingly when I opened the box there wasn't a single piece of paper telling me how to use it. There was however a warning about how fragile the tabs are. Don't see how it can be a Pampered Chef product with this lack of instructions. Will wait and see how long it lasts.

Wash it out when freshly used and it is an easy clean up

Time saver, and a bit tricky to get lid on at times. Heats up things more consistently than just a bowl with a cover. Wash it out when freshly used and it is an easy clean up. I tried potstickers in this and thought they would burn or stick to it--never did. Was surprised how it tends to prevent some of the microwave "overcook" you can often get heating up some items in it. I bought the smaller version also and gave some as Christmas gifts that were not well received at first (look on the face was like "what is this-- plastic pot?". Then we got a phone call about how much they loved using them.
