- •Mike Harney has enjoyed many a pot of tea in the famous Parisian tea shops. In homage to the city, he created Paris Tea, a fruity black tea with vanilla and caramel flavors, and a hint of lemony bergamot. The aroma is delightful!
- •Tea is only as good as the water it is brewed in. Use filtered water as needed. Use one teaspoon for each cup of tea desired. Pour 212F water over the tea and steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the tea. Relax and enjoy.
- •4 ounce loose tea in tin. Enough tea to brew 30 to 40 cups of tea.
