I had high hopes

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered two of these and will returning both. Both times I received one box, with half of the pieces. No hardware, and no instructions. Very sloppy way to do business.

It is made well BUT it is so small that their coats hang out, and you can not put their coats and snow pants in the same cube. Also very short. I was not happy with the outcome of this and I bought it as a gift for my son and daughter-in-law for a Christmas gift. They are using it BUT I am not happy with the size of it and the cost was high. Very disappointed !! Also their boots barely fit in the cube under their coats.
