Works well if you have the right information

Works really well, but there are things you need to know that are not in the book. First of all, you really need to separate the finished crepe with wax paper or they stick together. Secondly, the crepes will be VERY thin unless you hold the crepe maker in the batter for at least 10 seconds. Still, it works MUCH better than the crepe pan I bought. It makes crepe much easier and they are more uniform. This is important if you want to make a crepe cake.

Best Crepe Maker we've ever had. Heats very quickly and makes crepes faster than 2 of us can eat them. Cooks evenly. Just catch the edge with a finger nail and it easily falls off onto the plate. Easy to handle since there's no cord to twist as I invert it to dip into the batter. Wide, shallow dish for the batter makes dipping easy. Only enough batter in the dish for one last crepe when you can't really dip the pan any more. Just carefully pour/scrape the last of the batter onto the pan to cook the last small, thick "pancake."

I purchased the CucinaPro Cordless Crepe Maker specifically for my daughter's baby shower. She really wanted to serve everyone crepes. For those of you who've ever made crepes you know this isn't precisely an exact science. The CucinaPro took the guess work out of cooking crepes and allowed us to enjoy the baby shower. Instead of pouring a small amount of batter into a crepe maker, skillet, or pan, swirling around until you coat the bottom, waiting approximately two to three minutes until one side is cooked, loosening the edges, flipping it, hoping you don't break it, cooking the other side until done then completing the crepe (and I might have missed a step or two as it's been a while); this product gives a simple, quick alternative. You make the batter. You pour the batter into the dip tray. You dip the crepe maker into the batter. It pretty much slides off when it's done. We filled ours with their choice of fruit, rolled it into flute shapes, then garnished with their choice of topping. We repeated the process for each and every guest as many as they wanted. It was quick and simple. It made delightful crepes.

Works great. Only need a spatula to flip and pull crepes off. Let it fully heat before using. Entire maker is flipped and dipped into batter. Hold for 3-5 seconds then return to heating base. A minute later, use spatula to flip (if browned both sides is desired). Works well. Easy clean up.

I've had my eye on this product for a while and ordered it for my birthday. Wish I'd done it years ago! This crepe maker makes amazing crepes--so light and paper-thin, but super-simple. Now I make crepes for all of our guests! One friend and her mother loved it so much they immediately ordered it from Amazon while still at our house!
Here are some of our favorite crepe-filling ideas:
For dinner: Place Ham, asparagus, and brie inside the cooked crepe and place in greased baking dish. Repeat until dish is full, brush with melted butter, top with chives, and bake ~350 for ~10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
For dessert: Spread ribbon of Nutella, Cookie Butter, Cocoa-Almond Butter, or Peanut Butter on cooked crepe. Top with banana slices, strawberry slices, etc. as desired. Our kids like to add mini chocolate chips. Wrap up and top with ribbon of whipped creme (and drizzle with chocolate syrup if you want to be fancy). Enjoy!
