This product works...kinda. It does seem to make a difference with the frequency and severity of ingrown hairs, but it doesn't prevent them completely or even reduce them dramatically. To get the best results, you have to use it morning and night daily, whether you shave regularly or not, which quite frankly renders it useless to me. I'm not going to adopt a twice daily beauty regiment with an overpriced product such as this. $30 for this tiny bottle? The ingredients are nothing special, so you are paying for the packaging and branding which are not worth a dime. There are almost certainly cheaper products out there that are as effective as this.

Works quite well. It's been two weeks, and this has helped with all manner of ingrown hairs and surprisingly reduced acne. Really great if you're a person of color/mixed race.

On my second container and almost through. Doesn't solve the problem, but really helps bring the potential new growth to and through the surface if used nightly.
