A solid tool

I used this to punch holes in heavy card stock and it performed very well. The cushy grips made the task a lot more comfortable and I had no hand pain the next day, which I had anticipated. My only complaint was that the little piece that holds the punched circles in the tool kept coming undone and spilling "confetti" all over the place unexpectedly.

Arrived sealed in package. Has deep 2 inch reach into a piece of paper. Punches a single piece of paper fine but does leave a slight imprint of the punch area on the paper. It also takes a little wiggling to get the punch out of the hole it made. At 16 sheets, the imprint on the paper is more obvious. At 8 pages, the punch does well with only a slight imprint. 16 pages was very hard to punch through and took the combined force of both hands. The purple grip is soft and easy to hold, and does not cause hand pain even punching through 16 sheets at once. However, one of the grips moves around slightly on the metal frame underneath. There is also leakage of the little dots out of the reservoir, so vacuuming after use is recommended. Made in china.

was not aligned correctly when received. had to bend it into alignment. The rubber handle grips keep sliding off. Used it to punch holes in wall calendars that the provider had not punched holes in. Bit difficult to do so cleanly or more than a couple of pages at a time. Will probably look for something else next time I need a 1/8" hole punch.
I would suggest to you not to purchase this item.

I have never given a bad review but this product deserves it. It took my husband's strength to punch a hole in paper and once he did the punch left a very noticeable indentation in the paper. Totally unusable. Happy that I was able to return it and get my money back with thanks to Amazon.

This is a really nice hole puncher. It gives a long reach into projects. I looked at a measuring tape before buying to determine which hole size to buy. I should have bought the next size up, but that was my mistake. I will use this one until I can order the next size. They are very strong and well made. There is a little compartment that catches and holds the punched holes until you are ready to dump them into the trash.
