Basket too small/does not fit properly.

I purchased this product to replace a very old container of the same thing/same brand but they've changed the shape of the container from round to more of an octogon shape and didn't change the shape of the basket inside. As a result the basket tips sideways. It is odd and annoying as I worry that an earring will fall out of the basket and I'll have to fish it out of the pot of chemicals. Product itself works as expected. I just do not care for the updated container shape. (Photos - red container is the new, white the old version.)

It made my sapphire and diamond vintage ring sparkle. I didn't dip it long and then used the little brush it comes with. Ta da! It looks shiny and sparkly.

I am just so mind boggled by these reviews. I got this stuff today and tried it on several pieces, and I might as well have been using water. I saw no improvement in the slight discoloration, even after multiple uses. Needless to say, I'm super disappointed.
Doesn't clean anything, whether delicate stones or metals.

Everything I have attempted to clean has come out looking the same as it went in. Scrubbing doesn't help. The tray insert is a joke. It is too small for the bottle, so it floats on its side. Expect to be covered in this solution before you finish. Only upside is it doesn't smell horrible like this company's other items...'course their other products work great, which is why I gave this a shot. Will be returning. Don't recommend.

I lent a expensive Swarovski crystal necklace to a friend. Her perfume is very strong and not to my liking and attempts to remove the odor were in vain. I was worried about stronger products that might damage the foiling on the back of the stones. Someone suggested this product. I did not soak the item, but used the brush to gently clean my choker. Happily, it removed most of the perfume odor. The product itself has a fresh scent compared to stronger cleaners that contain ammonia.
