So far so good. I work in the Auto Collision Repair business, and I have used several of these from different manufacturers through the years. This one is no different. It works well, and contrary to other reviews, I find the storage case to have Better organization than others I've had, and sufficiently strong. Replacement parts have always been an issue with China made equipment in the past, I'll just have to wait and see how this one goes. The price was pretty good which influenced my decision to buy. Wish me luck!

I was a little worried on what it would look like, but after opening the box and finding the case still in one piece I'm happy to report it looks great. I will attempt to use it today to straighten some spring hangers on my travel trailer.. I am sure it's up to the task. I bought a pull-back ram as well and will see how it performs. I think these are all imports, but what isn't anymore? Harbor Freight has one that is not quit the quality this one is as far as fit and finish in the welds and fittings..

for a unit built overseas it works good so far , the reason i gave it a bad rating is the storage case was busted as all the other reviews said when it showed up . if you are going to ship it from china where it is made then build a quality box to put it in and you will a good product !

Good all around product. A little attention to detail would help. There was red paint all over the hydraulic hose, cause some chinese guy didn't care at all when they were painting and packaging it. the hinges on the plastic case were broke when it arrived. normally I'd blame the shipper, but this was packaged with little to no protection in a thin cardboard box. it weights almost 100lbs. The manufacturer should build a heavier duty case for an extremely heavy industrial grade tool. Also the latchs on the case are flimsy plastic tabs, and I'm sure will be broken shortly.
