When they sell you XL and it makes you walk like the hunchback of Notre Dame I just have to comment especially after buying three and throwing them away. I am 6' tall- 195lb.

I'm a 5'5" male, 135 pounds and small framed (okay, I hear you, knock off the laughing). It's because I'm small framed and 5'5" I figured I'd try the X-lrg size on this item. ALMOST everything fits fine, with the exception of the "torso". Not a fault with the item, as it was my choice.
A return won't be needed, as I still really like this 'union suit'. After a washing I simply tug on the spots, and it works. Once I get into a warm bed, with my wife and our two dogs, and our 3 of 5 cats, ... I turn on my late night radio, and I'm snuggled in for the night. I DID order this same item in an adult small, the fit is better with some room to grow as for the length.

So my review on this item is a positive, ... the YOUTH should work for anyone, male or female, ... 130 pounds and under, small frame and no greater than 5'3" in height, otherwise, the torso may be a problem, ... but just stretch the 'suit', it will work.but depends if one is wearing any undergarment under it. This IS a Union Suit after all, and not a pair of pajamas.
The material is soft and warm, will stretch. Good retention of the all wrist and ankle cuffs Has been washed at least 4 times, ... no problems with buttons or fraying, torn or separating seams. The suit is quite warm when lounging in temps of the low 60's. The SINGLE BUTTON vertical butt flap works provided attention is paid to ones anatomy during it's use. For we males. the use of the front buttons is obvious.
Excellent Union Suit for the price, mine fits semi-snug. If one wants a roomy fit, ... get the next size up. This is an excellent light to medium weight union suit,

I am a 5'1, ~110 lb person who bought this to wear at home. I ordered the Large, since I was afraid the XL would be too big. It fits all right as is, but I could do it again, I would probably go with the XL since the torso is a bit too short for me. That was obviously my error and not the manufacturer's however.

Overall, the style of the suit is what I was looking for. The fabric is soft and comfortable, but it's a lot thinner than I thought it would be. It's like a T-shirt material. It definitely won't keep you warm or anything, but it's all right just for wearing around or sleeping in.

They seem quite nice, but they are much smaller than I was lead to believe. They should have a sizing chart. They don't, so I went by the answer to one of the questions about size that said a small fit someone who was 5'2". WRONG! A small is a youth size 6-8, way to small for my daughter who is 5'2", and her sister who is 5'. This is part of their Halloween costumes (Thing 1 & Thing 2), so I'm thankful that we ordered them a bit in advance!
