Fell apart after a few uses

I only used this pruner a couple times before the bottom/outer pole slipped out of the hardware the is supposed to connect the two poles together. I'm curious to see if the manufacturer is willing to help me out, if they do I'll definitely update my review because aside from this problem it was a good pruner.

Extremely disappointed with this product. The pole has numerous scrapes and scratches. Looks like it has been used for a few years. The rope is cheap and will not last long. Avoid this one.

Saw-blade is CHEAPLY constructed made of thin, flexible metal.. useless. Branch snippers work fine and is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review.

Good Pole saw/pruner

I have used this pole saw and pruner quite a bit now. I had it on my RV and it was great for removing all the branches at overgrown campsites that would otherwise be scratching it up. I now have a house and spent the afternoon removing branches some as big as 4" as well as doing extensive pruning and it worked just fine. Very happy with the purchase at the price.
