I cannot even believe after my research, and the reviews, and all the reading on most potent longstanding candles this one, not only made the cut, but was mentioned on every list!
I certainly can NOT tell you why??
It's a very attractive container, and that matters, but when you get down to if it is the smell, potency, and life of the candle that truly matters!
I suppose it is possibly me I just got a "bad" apple, but I'm. not sure, nor am I willing to fork out the money to try this overpriced candle.
I would have been better off going to Yankee Candle

A nice candle - heavy and clean, fresh scent. I had read many reviews that said this is THE BEST candle ever, but I think it has just gotten the Anthropologie magic because it is nice, but not world changing. I probably would not spend this much money on this particular candle again.

First let me start by saying the smell is great and will fill a medium to large sized room nicely. So why the 2 star review? Only about a third to half of the wax actually is used before the wick burns out! I purchased 4 of these very expensive candles and have burned all four and had the same result. Each container still has a third to HALF of the wax still in the container. I could understand if there was just a small amount of wax left in the bottom, but this is ridiculous! I just ordered a wax warmer so hopefully that will work on the left over wax.
