I actually had a kid size version of this we had gotten at a running store, and while it was ok, it wasn't anything special to write home about. However, my physical therapist suggested I get the full size one to use after my recent hip surgery, and it has been a total game changer. My partner and I just moved cross country, and being able to use this to loosen up my quads, IT band and hamstrings after a day in the car made my life that much less painful. It is much more effective and easier to use than the kid's version - highly recommend!

I first used this device at my physical therapist's office. It really helps to massage sore calf muscles and relieves pain in hamstrings. Works so well, I wanted one at home.

The Massage Stick is fantastic for working out sore or tight muscles. It is easy to take with on travel too, fits in most suitcases.
