One of my favorite Rice a Roni products. I purchased it online because my local store stopped ordering it, and it is one of my favorite dinner sides.
I always add about 1/4 cup more water when cooking the rice to begin with, and I cook it a minute or two longer than the box says to - because I like it cooked well. The taste is just cheesy goodness, and I love it!

Pretty good for a boxed mix; not counting the high sodium and questionable ingredients. I make this in my little rice cooker. Heat the rice cooker with butter and the rice and cook a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and push the button. Bought it for prepping but comes in handy once in a while for something different with a meal. Handy for a quick side-dish. They say 1 cup is a serving and there are 2.5 servings per box. I only eat 1/2 cup with my meal.
