This is a great product to use when a fabric's color bleeds into another fabric! I used cold water, rather than the hot water listed in the product directions and got along really well, my sister used it as well and was extremely pleased with the results!

I didn't have the same luck everyone else had. I had a red sleevless top with a white collar that turned pink after one wash, in cold water, with color catchers. Based on the reviews I thought the synthrapol would help, but it did nothing. I will however probably use it for hand dyed yarn, especially red, to remove excess dye. So not a total loss.
