Excellent Quality at a Great Price...

Excellent high quality bowls and sturdy powder coated holder/cage attachment. Ordered 4 for seed and water for 2 of my Rescue Doves...Ralph and Alice. (Yes, the Honeymooners) The 8 oz. is the perfect size to encompass some little glass Pyrex bowls placing a paper towel in between the stainless steel dish and the Pyrex so that the birds don't see their reflection and try to jump in....also, glass is better for easy viewing for any water debri just by lifting up. My little Lovey Doveys are already enjoying their 'High Class' dinnerware! I bought a lot of these all at once and needed them all at the time, so they are all used.
The problem is there is one bolt and wing nut securing the bowl to the cage. Kittens step in a bowl or on the top edge of the bowl and the bowl is tilted over till it hits the bottom of the cage.
The problem is the design of the wire frame that holds the bowl. If there were 2 bolts and wing nuts with the one clamp, the wire frame wouldn't be able to tilt. So I bought ""MidWest Stainless Steel Snap'y Fit Water and Feed Bowl"" that have 2 bolts and wing nuts and there is a rubber insert secured with the cage clamp, which makes the position I want the bowl to be in. Also, the MidWest Stainless steel bowls and frames are cheaper than the ProSelect bowls/cups.

If I could return this I would, but unfortunately it's stuck to my dog's kennel. The only way to get it off will mean somehow cutting it off. The screw and the little bolt that holds it together are all messed up! The threading is all wrong. Took almost 2 hrs just to get it apart to put it on the kennel. Once on, we couldn't remove it...can't remove it. I'm extremely dissatisfied.. Oh, and it leans down. It doesn't even sit straight because of how messed up the attachment itself is. Don't waste your money.

I ordered 2 of these about a year ago and they are still going strong. But when I reordered 2 more I seemed to have received completely different items. The bowls were much more shallow than the previous ones I had ordered. One of them broke after only a few weeks of use. Somehow it got bent and actually split at the sides. Not long after, the same happened to the second bowl. I honesty don't know how they bent, however, I would not expect a good quality product to split open like these did. Ordered two from a different brand/seller and they're more like the first two I received. This was a very puzzling experience.
wrong size, inacurate product details and pictures

pictures of the 26 oz. model are totally false. they show it being over 3 inches deep and even say 3.9 inches. in the product details section, it says the product dimensions are 6.5x6.5x3.3. this is also wrong. it's 5.8in diameter and 1.8in deep. way off of what they clam. also the mounting is just one single wing nut, not two like in the pictures
