I got these on prime now for under 3 bucks! Amazing. They are crispy and delicious. I don't see any broken ones in the pack I received (perhaps this issue has to do with the delivery method and not the product). I did not receive a pack with paper sleeves on each cone however, but it doesn't matter to me since my 2 year old would probably accidentally eat the paper. I will definitely repurchase on prime now.
