I'd like to thank all my fellow sinus sufferers for posting such helpful reviews. I was encouraged to try a natural remedy and so very happy I did. My story goes back to when I was 20 and had a bad sinus infection. My first. After 3 rounds of antibiotics I was thought I was ok. But the sinus issues continued, and I developed allergies to grass, mold, dust, and other airborne triggers. I never before thought the antibiotics were responsible for compromising my immune system. I've been to countless allergy docs and an ENT who did sinus surgery on me. What a waste of time and money. And no relief. Maybe cancer and leukemia research is more important, but sinus sufferers would like to see the medical community get to the root cause of the problem. I shyly suggested to my ENT that my problems could be fungal and was pretty much shut down as not knowing what I was talking about.
Here's what I've been doing with GREAT success:
1) My first supplement was purchased because of great reviews. BREATHE by Eu Naturals. I noticed improvement in a couple days. Much less mucous. I slept like a baby.
2) Along with BREATHE and reading reviews I decided to see what others were doing to eliminate the problem...not just control it. By week three I added Olive Leaf capsules and ALJ. Now things started to go from good to REALLY good. The morning hacking is gone and I can deep breathe like never before. The improved sleep alone has energized me and I'm noticing the dark circles under my eyes are improving. So now I'm a believer and read more reviews. Sort of interesting to see what combination of supplements work for maximum relief.
3) at this point I want to get on a soapbox and tell everyone how much better I feel. My life is happy and complete but it's a lot more enjoyable without all the excess mucous, coughing and always feeling 70% OK even with Allegra-d, Mucinex, Benedril, and the useless steroid sprays. I haven't used them since. So now I started reading more on the fungal angle. Excellent results are reported with Oil of Oregano. I just received two OOO products today; capsules and a nasal spray. The oreganos nasal spray is intense. I'll report back if my slightly white coated tongue becomes fresh pink as it should be. Ah yes the white coating if fungus. Yuk. When present that fungus will spread to your sinuses and throat and cause miserable sinus issues. The excess mucous is trying to rid your sinuses and throat of the offending substance. So why not kill the offending substance?

A nasal spray I can use without the paranoia. For me not having to worry about nasal spray addiction, and deforming or creating long-term damage to my sinuses is worth it. All-natural ingredients that pack a kick. You'll know if you have a sinus issue and which nostril right away. I know, in my case, that my left sinus causes me the most trouble. Infections, pain, and headaches. Years of problems. So I gave this a squirt in the left and YIKES stung like crazy but lasted about 15 seconds, then comes the draining which could last awhile, depending on how messed up you are. My ears started popping, this stuff flat out works. I did the other nostril, which is not bothersome, and it barely stung but caused the same discharge and ear popping. If I have to use this long-term I will, but I'm hoping the oil of oregano will heal whatever nastiness it lurking in my left sinus. I suspect some kind of mold as no matter what I do it keeps coming back. This just might do the trick.

"For me" Sinu Orega has it been a miracle for my post nasal drip... Suffered for years... Yes, went you first start using it has a "somewhat" burning sensation but even though it's still there you get somewhat used to it after a while... "For me" during the first week my nose started "really" running, I started coughing "somewhat" dramatically along with all this crud being coughed up and also blown out of my nose... after the first week I noticed that I have the longest night sleep until I started coughing... after the second week I wasn't coughing anymore and slept through the night... For me it has become a permanent way of my post nasal drip not returning... I do want to squirt in the morning in each nostril and one squirt in the evening in each nostril roll before I go to sleep...

Amazing stuff. I like all the NAH&S products. I am currently doing the Purge, the Juice, the P73 and using the Sinu Orega. Fungus....that is what is killing us all. Chronic sinusitis is usually FUNGUS...and you have to kill it. Watch Dr Cass Ingram on youtube and read 'The cure is in the Cupboard' (you can get the book here too) (you can get all the products here) All these products are antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral. Read the book. It will help you greatly.

I was so sick with a non-stop sinus infection for almost two years. Constant antibiotics were destroying my colon. I didn't know what to do but somehow stumbled onto these products from research when I knew I couldn't take another antibiotic. My life turned into a candida/fungal nightmare. It was time to try something else because the meds the docs were giving me were killing me slowly.

I will NEVER be without these products. I LOVE the P73. Felt a cold sore coming on. Put it on and the cold sore never arrived. Stopped it dead in its tracks so I know their products are antiviral.

I cant sing their praises enough. Sure...you are going to have to get used to the taste and with this the burning sensation but it does subside. Take it easy the first few times you use this or you will feel like your eyes are going to pop out!! Sniff is SLOWLY... one nostril at a time when you first try it. Just a little sniff... you understand why. Don't just shoot it up your nose or you will fall OUT!

I have had severe sinus problems most of my adult life, and after years of taking prescription, and over the counter medication I finally had enough, and decided to look for more natural ways of controlling my pain. I tried going dairy free, which help a lot, but didn't cure. I tried gluten free, and the neti pot didn't help much. I read all the wonderful (and not so great) reviews about this product and decided to give it a try. It works really good for cleaning your sinuses, but feels as though its cooking the front of your brain. I laughed at the people who complained about the pain and thought they were exaggerating. It feels like when you go swimming and accidentally breath under water. I can honestly say that It's a brave and strong soul that can use this product long term, and I proudly admit IT AIN'T ME!
