Instructions say "Not for hairline use" "Top of scalp only". Ignore that. If it works for beards it'll work anywhere. From what I've noticed after four months, My hairline is seeing more results than my scalp. They say don't make any judgements until at least six months. That may also be true. But so far, 4 months in, my hairline is making much more progress. They are 100% correct about using Minoxidil 5% (Rogaine) twice a day. If you slack, or fail to follow a daily process you'll cheat yourself and blame the product. Be consistent. If not, you'll be disappointed. So far, from what I've seen my "Hairline" is making tremendous progress. My scalp, not as quickly. But my scalp is definitely seeing progress. Just not as immediately as my hairline. My hair in general. Stronger, thicker better looking. Ratings: Hairline B+. Top of scalp C+/B- . Why scientist believe it's only for top of scalp treatment im unsure of. When they know damn well it works. All over. 4stars. I'll check back in 2 months.

Don't waste your time. Use Kirkland's brand for half the price and for twice the amount. I didn't get results with Rogaine... but with Kirkland... I'm really quite surprised; even in the first month.

This Rogaine foam is pretty good, I have been using it for 3 months and have noticed some hair regrowth, but the foam is messy and not that easy to apply. I recently found Minoxigaine

my husband went to a doctor for a hair loss at a young age and she suggested this product to him. So what it does is stops the new hair from from falling out and eventually i would say after a 2-3 weeks you see results. new hair grows in and the old one stays too. so you end up with a full hair. you cant stop using this product though. the minute you stop you go back to loosing hair.

I have tried so many hair loss shampoo's, pills and everything else.

I saw pictures of rogaine users before/after and just didn't think it was real.

Eventually I thought to give it a try. When I bought it, I got disappointed that it's made for only the "crown" area. I always assumed it would work everywhere since their advertising never specified "just the crown."

I have a balding in my crown area + severely receeding front. What I mea by "balding in my crown area,"is that my hair has a "dip," where hair is loosing it ability to grow at the same pace as the other areas around it.

I used rogaine for 1 month and saw nothing. Sometimes when I applied it, it even stung really bad. Everthing in the package said to use it fully "3 bottles of mouse for three months." I only did once per day because it would sting if I did 2x a day.

2nd month I saw nothing. I was about to throw it away. I kept at it but didn't pay attention to my crown area anymore. Just thought I would completely use it and then check it then.

3rd month. I was doing my hair and I saw my "dip" severely diminished. I was surprised. Over the next few days, I paid attention to my hair more and I was suprised that it actually worked.

I will now stick with this product since I am now very satisfied with the results I got.
