Excellent microphone.

Screwed right in to the amplifier with no other hardware needed. Crystal clear sound. Excellent microphone.
Once you get all the parts ... it works!

I ordered this microphone to replace a broken one (announcement button stayed on so it had to be unplugged when not in use). When it arrived, there were five exposed wires rather than a connector. I contacted ProAccoustics before returning it. I was told to order another part (and pay more shipping than the cost of the part!). I would not have to solder this new connector on, but merely place the appropriate colored wires in the corresponding holes by number and be set. This was not the case as the connector didn't fit. After contacting the vendor a few more times, another connector was sent to me (free shipping). This was the same connector from the old microphone! I could have started with the original connector from the old microphone, but we didn't have a soldering kit. We matched the colors to the numbers as directed by the vendor - which was incorrect, reconnected the wires to the numbers as the old one was connected, and brought in a soldering kit from home and ... our microphone/pager works. We hope it will last another five years (or more) as the first one did. I believe this pager can be purchased with a connector ATTACHED. I'd go for that if you are buying a new one! Be SURE you know before clicking SUBMIT!
