Arrived undamaged, but I can see how it could be damaged in shipment. Not much protecting the test cocks from damage.
I would give it five stars, but after I installed it, the unit was gushing through the relief valve. I disassembled the valve and found a plastic part lodged in the assembly. Not cool.
