Just received this awesome belt and fell in love with it as soon as I put it on. It's high quality, fits well and comfortable. Just what I was looking for. Could be cheaper though!

I love this weight belt!! It's everything I expected and more. Just as the reviewers say, you can take out the weights to adjust to your exercise routine. I believe depending on your body circumference, height, body torso the belt will not get in the way of walking, running, or riding a bike (which I use it for all three). I am a female 5'7" weight 175 lbs. I do have long arms and I'm 30 inches around the waist. The belt is constructed extremely well like everyone say.

Fast prompt "amazon" delivery. Looks sturdy and well made. Weighs 10.2 pounds on my bathroom scale. I bought then returned a weighted style vest but it was cumbersome and not very comfortable. This belt doesn't weigh as much as can be loaded in a vest, but is much easier to put on/takeoff and less cumbersome. Probably as comfortable as a device like this could be. You can make it lighter by removing the small cylindrical weights. Probably not suitable for joggers, but better for hikers in training and walkers looking for a little extra in their workout. Would recommend.

This is great if u don't want to have heavy dumbelks or barbells carried by Hand or in your shoulder. I've had some rotator cuff surgeries, as 62, and have worked out at the gym since my early 20's. Great to add weight to squats and lunges but can leave on comfortably even throughout a class workout.
IT DOES NOT STAY ON WELL IF YOU ARE PETITE LIKE ME AS THE VELCRO STICK SIDE ONLY CATCHES A FEW INCHES WHEN ANCHORING GHE WEIGHT BELT On my hip below my 27 inch waist so I have to tie a LIGHT scarf firmly around SO IT DOESNT keep falling off..
