I like this seasoning blend a lot. I live in Alaska and this season blend is very good on fresh salmon befor baking or sautéing. It's a bit heavy on the salt, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of five. Some reviewers have said it contains no salt, but salt is listed on the list of ingredients. This mistake could be dangerous for someone on a low salt diet due to medical reason.

I had never tried this product before, I bought it because it contains no MSG. It is incredible. I use it in almost everything. Use it sparingly because it does contain a lot of salt.

This seasoning was recommened by a friend to use in her recipe of chicken soup which is the best ever. I've made it many times and Vegeta adds just the right touch. Also use it in my vegetable soup. Perfect flavoring.

Especially invaluable in vegetable soups made without the chicken or beef broth and no vegetable broth is available.
Also good in stews. However, remember it needs to be dissolved. If you intend to use it in frying dissolve it in a little amount of water and add to your cooking. Water will evaporate and taste will be added to your food.
Just make sure you buy with "no MSG" if you concerned about it.
