I have been exploring Japanese Cuisine since January, and LOVE this traditional Japanese seasoning! It has a lovely spicy/citrusy flavor which enhances so many of the dishes I am making. Great quality!

Great citrus flavor, a little spicy and very (maybe too much) salty. I can't find this in my local store so I'm glad I can find this on amazon
