The flag poles are very good quality. The bass fitting is well made and highly polished. i was disappointed because the top of the pole tapers dramatically and the suggested Flagpole Rotating Rings do not fit. The swivels are for the bottom at 1-1/4" the top is much narrower. The product photos are misleading. Now I know they are showing two (2) bottom poles that are both untapered.
I am keeping the flag poles but, unfortunately, wasted over $16 on the Flagpole Rotating Rings

Had to cut the pole to fit my space. ...

Had to cut the pole to fit my space. This was due to the support base and the ball on top. You should be told this pole isn't drilled and has no insert to screw a ball into. I had to cut the pole and also drill it to install the ball on top.
