I have use Cataflam for years to relieve the period pain. But recently I stopped using it because it's reported that the ingredient (diclofenac potassium) could cause many side effects. So I looked for other menstrual pain reliever and came to this Pamprin because it does not have the ingredient.
It is not effective at all..I still felt the pain during my period. There's no relief, the pain is still there.
Perhaps it could relieve other pains like headache, backache, bloating or so. I didn't try Pamprin for those symptoms yet.
I'm still looking for other brand which has specific menstrual relief.

These pills are amazing! I came across them at a pharmacy and did wonders for me. They shorten my period by like a day, love that. The last few trips ive done to that store i havent found them, glad amazon does.

This is only thing I have found (other than if you can find a generic brand equivalent) that has combination of painkiller, antihistamin and diuretic without caffeine. There are others that do similar, but always with caffeine which means I can't take at night. Although it makes me little drowsy, this does work with PMS symptoms (and I sometimes take when it is not even PMS time).
