Not really impressed. Vendor packaging made it worse.

Package arrived rolled so small for box, that the foam in the bottom is still not flattened out and centered inside bag. You can not easily get to it since it is inside of stitching. In hindsight I could have bought a less expensive bag as this is just open inside with velcro and lined cardboard dividers.
Tony Triolo nailed it (see his review).

Tony Triolo was exactly right: this is a decent bag, but the Academy Sports Competition Range Bag is a far superior product for the same money.

Let's talk a little about this bag: it is made from a nylon weave that is very smooth (almost slick) to the touch, which is a bit nicer than the coarse weave most ballistic nylon luggage uses. It is quite big (I have used it as a carry-on suitcase for weekend trips), and the central pocket can be custom-configured with the velcro partitions (or left as one large compartment). Padding is minimal, which is a bit of a bummer, but that means that when the bag is empty, it is easy to fold it down flat for storage or transport. There are a couple of external pockets, but not as many as I would like.

I am going to keep this bag, but the truth is that the Academy Competition Range Bag is superior in almost every way.
Strong, Sturdy & Perfect size

I love this bag. I work at a County Jail, 12 sometimes 16 hour shift...I can fit all my gear, food, personal hygiene items and papers/folders. Nice organization, places for pens & markers. Great dividers with velcro for adjusting to make perfect room for various things. I've had the bag over a month so for its been sturdy as my bag gets pretty heavy when I carry a gallon of water in it, along with everything else. I have no complaints.
Second thoughts of ownership 2 years ago I bought

Great BAG.
--I have a Glock 4 pistol hand bag and ran out of room. I bought this bag to upgrade and boy was it a UPGRADE. Only problem was that center inside have no dividers which was a blessing. I pulled out my Center of my GLOCK bag used that to use for my new bag which worked Awsome. Then I bought a 3 gun storage dividers for my safe and they worked better in the Bulldog bag. Now It can hold 6 guns easily and room for 200 rds of ammo in the center too.
--When you get BAG you will need to buy or use another storage compartment for the center of this bag. It still is well worth it to have to do this. Everyone has a different way of storing the GUNS. This way Bulldog can make one bag and you can customize the interior to suit you needs.

After owning it for 2 years. I'm changing my view

It's just way to BIG. INSIDE IS JUST WIDE OPEN. So to keep it organized you need to have better dividers which I had to buy. The outside pockets well you can throw your MAGS in holds a lot but you got to reach in and pull them all out.

Which I got the LARGE BAG
Better Range Bags Out There

After a lot of online research, I settled on purchasing this Bulldog range bag based mainly on the reviews here and elsewhere. The description and photos led me to believe that this was the bag for me. It wasn't. It was was too large to begin with. It is larger than most carry-on luggage I take on trips. Whenever I carried it, it felt more like I was going on a business trip than to the range. It was not padded as well as I had expected and certainly not as well as other bags I had seen. It comes with hard plastic panels that you slip into the ends to give the bag rigidity, and some divider sections that you have no idea where they go. There are no instructions at all on how to configure the bag using the dividers. One divider section is actually the bottom panel that provides your equipment some protection from below, but until you figure that out, you assume it's another divider panel - it's not. The bag is not as well padded as I expected, nor is it made as well as expected for the price. No pistol case/rugs are included with this bag as you might expect at this price point either. I ended up returning this bag as I knew I would not be happy with it. I ended up purchasing the Competition Range Bag from Academy Sports. Believe me, it is a much better value. Though a bit smaller length-wise, it still holds everything I could throw in it, and then some. It is much better padded and uses a heavier gauge nylon material. It includes a removable accessory bag that you can use separately if you really want to travel light or need to carry some things downrange like targets, staple gun, etc. It has five external pockets, including one that runs the length of the bag housing eight magazine compartments. It includes two padded pistol sleeve/rugs and even a shell casing cup with mesh bottom for those who reload. The shoulder strap is padded too. To me, the Academy Sports is a much better bag and a much better value.
