We have used this for breakfast and eggs. Because the can is so large, I put one cup of the corn beef hash into a freezer bag, squash the bag flat and freeze it. This has a great taste and my son loves it and chooses it over sausage and bacon. So easy to cook and put on a plate! This is also more reasonable in price than the other smaller cans of corn beef hash. Try it and I. am sure you are going to like it.
